5 Adjustable Levels :
Level 1 (1 flash) delivers an Audible Tone only
(no static correction). This is ideal for the initial
training stages while your dog learns his new boundaries and for smaller, more timid
breeds
Levels 2 thru 4 (2-4 flashes) deliver an increasing static
correction as the levels increase with a tone for easy or average to train dogs
Level 5 (5 flashes) delivers a high static correction with a tone ideal
for dogs that are hard to train, have high energy or are more stubborn.
The Training Modes are easily changed with a push of a button on the receiver and
an LED indicator will emit the corresponding number of flashes indicating the mode

If you are looking around Online, you may have seen
the 3 - 4 years of "FREE batteries" being offered by some competitors - Is this
really as good a deal as it sounds? Well...the truth is, the manufacturers
stated "shelf-life" on these batteries is 1-year. There simply is NO
super-mega-long-life version out there. PetSafe collars use a fully waterproof
6-volt Lithium battery module which is commonly available from any PetSafe
retailer. So, although 3-4 yrs of "FREE batteries" may sound like a great

Why do I need Heavy Duty Boundary Wire for my Dog Fence ?
Basically to save you time and money in the long run. Inferior wire - as included in many of our
competitors systems can break repeatedly if not well protected and is advised as such by
the manufacturer. In our experience, it is not a question of if
the cheaper wire will break - it is simply when it will happen. Ever wonder why you can buy a Wire Break locator? The last thing
you want is to be out trying to find a wire break in the pouring rain or under 3ft of
snow. We offer an upgrade with our Deluxe Dog Fence to Heavy Duty Commercial
Grade boundary wire - we were the first company to do this for our clients and set a
precedent by doing so. Our
Heavy Duty wire is 3 times thicker and stronger than the
regular wire in the retail kit & most "Online" stores and has proven to be extremely durable in any climate - even above ground in the worst
of winter climates!
With nearly ten years of hands-on experience, we ensure our clients get the best system - and best wire

This same wire is also used in Commercial Irrigation systems, and is designed to
last a lifetime.
If you are planning on buying your wire locally (yes you can do this too), we recommend
using an "RW" grade 14g or 16g insulated wire - as used in professional
installations. The "RW" or "WU" prefix denotes wire that is Direct
Burial approved - any quality hardware store or electrical supplier in your area
should be able to help with finding the wire you need.
