a quick answer ? We strongly encourage
the use of E-mail
for correspondence as it proves faster (less waiting) and more accurate for product
queries and is unaffected by Time Zone differences.
E-mail is an
excellent means to furnish additional information that may be of help to a customer ie:
links, manuals and referrals. Our CSR's average a minimum of 10-15 mins. per call
most days and the Order Line does not offer HOLD feature (no muzak!).
If you leave a voice mail, a CSR will return the call as soon as possible or next
business day. If you need an answer immediately (not always possible with time
differences / staffing levels) please email and we'll do the best we can.
