Simply place your order through us as normal and include an E-mail with the name / phone number of the other retailer or URL of the web-site and once confirmed, we will refund any difference in price.  * In most cases, we'll even beat their price outright, just to encourage Canadian business and support Canadian jobs.

The item in question must be visible on competitors web site with price displayed and be in-stock and ready to buy online today for us to match.

Price Match is only available at time of purchase to Canadian residents only. Once your payment has been processed, we will be unable to match. If our competitor limits quantities we reserve the right to do so as well. If the offer is noted as "while supplies last", we reserve the right to confirm that the web site still has the item in stock. Our Price Guarantee does not apply to other web sites bonus offers, free offers, auction websites, non-retail (wholesale) websites, private sales, special orders, typographical errors, used or refurbished products, trade-ins, clearance sales, liquidation sales, mail-in rebate offers (coupons), or where a service commitment is included in the transaction ( ie: buy for $xx as long as you buy your batteries from us for a year).  Competitor offers must include shipping, handling and all applicable taxes as the basis for comparison. Additionally, we must be able to verify that it is the exact same product in brand-new condition.

Price matching is subject to providing proof of the identical manufacturer's serial or part number and availability of the product. (i.e., apple vs apple, current advertisement, copy of current webpage of a lower price, etc...). The terms of this guarantee are subject to change without notice. If a free gift is offered with an item to be price matched, we will remove the free gift at our cost to be able to price-match. While we will do our best to match every price possible we will not guarantee to price match an item if any of the restrictions above apply.

Why will you not price match US web sites ?

There are a number of reasons for this, the prime one being to support & promote Canadian business and encourage Canadian job growth.  In a nutshell, and some call it old fashioned but we strongly believe in supporting where we live.

The US market has different products than Canada with different pricing and warranty coverage.  They also have literally thousands of anonymous auction web site "companies" that mix & match product as well as sell used and refurbished products with known defects "as new" to the unsuspecting public.  They will not provide a Canadian customer with their landed costs (final price) on the product they are trying to buy.  What this means is that in 99% of cases, when the "great deal" item arrives, so accompanies a bill for Customs brokerage, HST and what they like to call "international shipping" before the carrier will hand over your product.   We receive hundreds of reports of this every month and some of the horror stories out there for the "extra fees" upon delivery are astounding. 

Any product brought into Canada will incur Customs brokerage fees, applicable taxes and both shipping and handling.   Any product purchased through us is calculated at the final price - never a penny more - before you buy.
