The Deluxe Ultralight receiver ( UL-275 ) is just like the UL-250, but offers:

The Stubborn Dog Super Receiver (RF-275M) is for the occasional hard-to-train dog and is compatible with all PetSafe™ brand underground dog fences and Radio Fence and Guardian Underground Pet Containment Systems.
Less than 1-2% of dogs need the Stubborn Dog receiver. It is three times more powerful than our regular receivers and is designed with these dogs in mind. Because of its size, this receiver should not be used for dogs weighing less than 30lbs minimum body weight.
